Adam Nettheim, Chief Customer Officer at Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), recently shared how the organisation is approaching the strategic modernisation of legacy government IT to enable more connected, responsive public service delivery. Speaking at Tech in Gov in Canberra this week, Adam offered valuable insights into CSC’s transformation journey and the role technology plays in improving outcomes for its members.

His presentation offered valuable insight into how CSC is tackling the complex challenge of moving beyond legacy systems to deliver better, more connected services for its members. With rising service expectations and outdated systems, CSC’s transformation is focused on building a more personalised, data-driven experience for the people it serves.
